MT bond wheels pursuing an ideal wheel
- This is a new metal bond wheel that has been developed in pursuit of ultimate sharpness by fusing the advantages of resin bond based on metal bond. This wheel has both features of excellent grain holding power & thermal conductivity of metal bond and good sharpness comparable with that of resin bod.
- The Diamond-MT bond wheel enables high efficiency grinding of ceramics, carbide, cermet and quartz and the CBN-MT bond wheel enables high efficiency grinding of various difficult-to-cut materials such as hardened steels.
- These wheels are ideal for operations that particularly require sharpness such as surface grinding by use of a cup wheel and creep feed grinding.
