With excellent machining accuracy, precision part machining is also possible. The AE-VTSS’ 3-flute specification and bottom cutting edge hook shape contribute to the creation of stable chip shape, improve chip evacuation, and enable uninterrupted machining and automation. Furthermore, by adopting an unequal spacing of teeth and variable-lead geometry, multi-functional and highly efficient machining with sliding head lathes is realized.
