Long nose type for mold machining (GTX)
- Low heat generation design drastically reduces spindle expansion. Ideal for long small diameter machining such as molds. Long nose is ideal as an interference countermeasure.
- Even high-speed machines are becoming more popular. But there are concerns about stiffness when the main process involves heavy cutting. Using HIGH SPINDLE only in areas where high speed is required. It will help reduce equipment costs.
