Loctite Air Machine Vice

This is a single-acting air-driven machine vice that is compatible with automation.
A clamping force of 10 kN can be obtained with a supply air pressure of 0.7 MPa.
The chip cover prevents problems caused by chips.
The handle is operated from the fixed jaw side. The fixed jaw is close to the operator, so the distance for attaching and detaching the workpiece is short, shortening setup time and reducing the burden on the operator.
The clamping process required for attaching and detaching the workpiece can be consolidated, and when combined with robot transport, the transport to clamping process can be automated.

Operating Procedure

Slinding jaw is moved to the position of workpiece by operating a handle. Clamping stroke when supplying air pressure is 3mm. So, the gap between workpiece and slinding jaw have to be within 1-2mm.
Workpiece is clamped by supplying air pressure.
