The use of very high quality materials in manufacturing enables the insert to be used on both sides with 4 corners (LNMU) or 6 corners (WNMU). The spherical cutting edges minimize cutting forces. Highly efficient machining at feed rates up to 3.5 mm./t. Small diameter DMSL version now available.

  • Curved cutting edge blades enable smaller bevels, greater depth of cut and increased feed efficiency up to 3.5 mm/tooth.

  • Double-sided blade with 6 corners, 7 mm thick, helps save and reduce costs.

  • Using a high feed rate of 2.0 mm/tooth or higher while maintaining good surface roughness control, without the need for wiper blades.
